To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Tracking orders

When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Shipment details
  • Courier Guy tracking link
  • Estimated delivery date

You can also track your parcel directly at www.thecourierguy.co.za.

Shipping Policy

We offer nationwide standard 3-5 business days shipping for all orders.
We have the following shipping options available in South Africa:
Standard – Delivery in 3-5 business days via Courier Guy & the amount is directly charged and calculated at checkout.

Store Pickup

We offer in store pickup.
